I really like Cascade 220. I made myself 2 felted purses from it, made my 7 year old a felted purse and matching drawstring bag for her birthday with it, and with the leftovers from that just recently made her fingerless gloves (which she often wears to bed!). I have several shades of yellows/oranges in my stash that I bought just because I loved the colors. Thanks for the opportunity to win! Love your patterns and your podcast!

I've used Cascade 220 for many projects: hats, scarves, mittens, and socks. I use the superwash for gifts to non-knitters so they don't end up with a felted present. I don't have a favorite color, since they have just about every color I can always find what I need.

I've used Cascade 220 once to knit a hat for my grandpa. It feels nice in the hand, I love holding it. I'm certainly going to use it more. I also want to check out its superwash version. Love your podcasts and this giveaway.

Great giveaway! I love cascade 220, use it mostly for soakers and it really works out well. I didn't learn until recently how many colors they really have, can't wait to try them all!

I am currently using Cascade 220 Superwash. I love the look, feel and the way it works up. It is by far my favorite yarn so far. I've not tried the other Cascade yarns but I plan to. It is perfect for knitting toddler clothes! Warm, clean, and just feels soft and wonderful next to your skin. I use the black, gray and white colorways. My email is janibrat58@yahoo.com and my name is Jani Brattin, I plan to suscribe to your blog as there is so much life and things going on it would be fun to follow. Thank you for this opportunity

I have recently started a sweater for my DH using 220 superwash, in the bluevelvet, ruby red, turquoise and black colors. I have also got a Hogwarts Gryffindor scarf on the needles in Cascade 220, red and gold colors. I enjoy both yarns.

I'm new to Cascade 220 and I don't think it is as "rough" as some have described. In fact I used it to make a stroller blanket for a friend's new baby and it is very soft to the touch. The price and color options are amazing and the stitch definition is great. I'm planning a sweater project with 220 next. Oh and I love my pink French Press slippers; it was a super easy pattern and a good start for novice felters like me.

I've only recently "discovered" Cascade 220, and have used it and the 220 Superwash for a few projects. I find it very nice to work with, has a nice "bounce" to it & good stitch definition. Since it comes in almost any color one could think of, I'd say my favorite colorway would simply be my favorite color(s) of blue, green, and red -- but don't ask me to pick a shade!

I love the knitting stories! Cascade makes great yarn, and I love the heathered 220.

I used Cascade 220 to knit a baby sweater from Seven Things That Can Make or Break a Sweater. It was a yellow tweed and the sweater turned out so cute!

Really enjoyable episode as usual! I loved all the Cascade 220-7 talk and I hadn't known about Sandra Singh so thank you for introducing us all!

Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

Great Yarn! I like Blue Hyacinth. It would be so great in that sweater.

I've not had the pleasure of using Cascade 220 yet. I need to make the investment in some soon. Looking at the colors online, I really like the Jade colorway. But I also like the nice grey used on the French Press Slippers too. I plan to make myself a pair of those this year.

I love Cascade 220! I have used the superwash for a huge afghan, and I'm very happy with the results. It was pleasant to work with too.

I think Cascade 220 is great! Recently I used it for a Fair Isle Christmas stocking-using the Christmas Red colorway of course! The FP slippers are so cute! Thanks for drawing. Happy Holidays!

I haven't yet tried Cascade 220, although I've wanted to. I've heard lots of great raves about it.

I hear Cascade 220 referred to as a "workhorse yarn", but it's so much more than that. It's soft and consistent, and the available array of colors is amazing. Projects knit in it become so much more than the sum of their parts.

I love Cascade 220. I've knit numerous scarves for the Red Scarf Project, using various red colorways (of course!)

I've not used the Cascade 220. It looks beautiful. The colors are amazing: the Japanese maple; celery; shire; turtle; straw. All beautiful. Thank you for the opportunity to have a chance to try it!

I used Cascade 220 to make a neck warmer, that I wear nearly daily. It's a good, sturdy yarn with great color choices. Hard to pick a favorite colorway, but I am fond of that Kermit green I saw recently. ;o)

I've only used Cascade 220 in black, so I long to use a beautiful color! IT felted wonderfully though and I've wanted to use it for knitted food items for my girls' play kitchen for a long time now.

I have used Cascade 220 for several projects. The most recent was the sixteen cable hat. It's a really wonderful yarn to work with.

I love Cascade 220! I knit one of my very first "big" knitting projects, a felted bag, out of Cascade 220 in Berry Heather, with Regal trim. The bag felted beautifully, and I love it and use it all the time.
